Our free consultation is mandatory. LuminaSkin cannot prescribe or make recommendations to you with out an evaluation.

We ask all of our prospective patients to come interview us and ask us their questions. In our conversation with you, we’ll examine your skin and determine how we can help you. While not everyone is a candidate for our treatments, each of you deserves to a thorough review of your challenges.

Treatment Plan
After your consultation, we’ll detail a treatment plan with you, give you an estimated timeline for your services plus any skin care products for optimal results. We’ll also discuss costs and payment plans with you.

Schedule First Appointment
At your first appointment, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a medical history and consent forms.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we request 24-hours advanced notice. You can call 650-539-4221 or email info@luminaskin.com. As a courtesy to our clients, our staff makes appointment reminder phone calls.

Appointments cancelled in less than 24-hours or missed will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of office charges.
