LuminaSkin has adopted a multidisciplinary approach to improving the overall health and appearance of the skin. We have formed networks with top vendors collaborating in the fields of cellular and molecular biology, chemistry, biophysics, and medicine. They work to further our understanding of the processes of skin aging, photoaging, and other individual skin conditions. Through our relationship with these multidisciplinary networks, we are able to work with the international medical community to deepen our understanding of the skin and skin health.

Your Visit
When you enter LuminaSkin's office on the 8th floor, you will have entered into a tranquil, warm, welcoming medical office. Come in, relax for a moment before your treatment. Let us pour you a cup of hot tea. On your first visit please plan to arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out medical forms to establish your patient status with LuminaSkin. Your medical information is confidential and never shared with anyone outside of LuminaSkin.
Complimentary Private Consultations
Free Private Consultations are mandatory for all LuminaSkin's new clients. During your consultation a LuminaSkin licensed healthcare professional will examine your skin and inform you about the latest non-invasive aesthetic procedures and products. During your consultation you will have the opportunity to discuss subjects such as reversing the effects of aging, realistic treatment expectations specific to your skin, and objectives for achieving beautiful results. You will come away with a treatment plan.
Treatment Plans
Your detailed treatment plan includes an estimated service timeline plus recommendations for any skin care products for achieving optimal results. We'll also go over costs and payment plans (if applicable). While not everyone is a candidate for our treatments, we will do our best to inform you of your options.
LuminaSkin's Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our clients, our staff makes appointment reminder phone calls the day before your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we request atleast a 24-hour advance notice by calling 650-401-6060 or emailing luminaskinladies@gmail.com. Our office is open 6 days a week. Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 9-4pm.
Appointments cancelled in less than 24-hours or missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of treatment charges.
