Tara Gilmartin, MSN, FNP-C is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner and licensed to practice in the state of California. She obtained her B.A. degree from University of Southern California Cum Laude. Then, she completed her Master of Science in nursing at Samuel Merritt University and graduated in 2015.
“Since nursing school, I knew I wanted to focus on women’s health both in Obgyn and in Medical Aesthetics. After completing clinical internships at a Laser hair removal clinic I fell in love with the world of Aesthetics.
I chose the aesthetic medical field because I want to promote anti-aging through evidence-based medicine to advance the health and appearance of the skin thereby improving overall quality of life. Aesthetic medicine allows me to use science to individually customize a treatment plan to attain beauty and health of the skin for my patients.
I am a Burlingame native. I am married and have a one year old daughter and a golden retriever dog. I enjoy travel, going to the beach and hiking.”
