Anti-Spam Policy

If you are receiving email from LuminaSkin then you have either made a purchase, requested information, responded to a questionnaire or a survey, or had offline contact with LuminaSkin. Our Sites offer several opportunities for visitors to register for promotional and informational mailings, online webinars and resources, and to evaluate our products and services. These registration forms enable users to opt-in to our mailing lists and require users to give contact information (such as name and email address). Notice is given at the point of collection to enable users to choose whether or not they consent to the usage terms. Those who have signed up for future mailings and subsequently wish to withdraw their participation may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time (see the "Choice/Opt-out" section below). We may use this information to provide you with requested information or products or services, to tailor the presentation of the Sites or products or services to you, to facilitate your movement through the Sites or your use of our products and services, to improve our products and services and do a better job of marketing them, or to communicate with you.

Choice/Opt-out
You may choose to opt-out or select your email preferences when you sign-up for our email lists. You always have the opportunity to opt-out or change preferences by following a link in the footer of all non-transactional email messages sent by us or by emailing us at luminaskinladies@gmail.com.

Below are instructions to managing your email options.

To update your profile:
a) Enter the email address in the signup box and click GO. The Registration page displays and confirms that the address is in the mailing list.
b) Click Submit to send the "Update Profile" email.
c) Open the email in your inbox.
d) Click the "update" link and an editable "Registration" page displays.
e) Edit your email address, contact information, and/or lists.
f) Click Submit to save changes.

Unsubscribe
Every email generated from LuminaSkin using Constant Contact contains an unsubscribe link which allows you to opt-out of future emails and automatically updates our contact lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to visitors who have unsubscribed. To be instantly removed from our mailing list you must view and change your subscriptions to LuminaSkin’s mail list on Constant Contact.

To be instantly removed:
a) First, please OPEN a promotional email you received from LuminaSkin.
b) Next, Click the "SafeUnsubscribe" link at the end of the email.
c) Check the boxes next to communications you want to receive.
d) Uncheck the boxes next to the communications you do not want to receive.
e) Click Submit Subscription Changes.
